• 1 large butternut squash
• 80g pomegranate seeds
• 40g walnuts
• 30g flat-leaf parsley

Method:
• Preheat oven to gas 7, 220°C, fan 200°C.
• Prepare and score 462g of duck legs.
• Season the duck legs with 2 tsp of sea salt flakes.
• Rub with 2 tsp five-spice.
• Chop 1 large butternut squash into wedges.
• Place the duck on top of the wedges.
