• Roll the fondant icing.
• Spread the buttercream onto each cupcake.
• Put a circle of fondant icing on each cupcake.
• Pinch the edge of the icing to create the ears.
• Brush the fondant lightly with water.
• Sprinkle coconut on to each cupcake.
• Use black fondant for eyes and nose.
