This commercial speaks to frontier's customer service and satisfaction values, and showcases the company's commitment to speed equality at all times
Despite tough times in recent years, Frontier is optimistic that customer satisfaction will continue to improve. "We strive to meet customer needs and provide the highest quality and most competitive telecommunications products and services to the customers and communities we serve," a spokesperson said. "Excellent customer service is a top priority for our new leadership." "Thereafter, Frontier is barred from making false statements and must be able to substantiate customer claims about customer speed," according to the FTC. "Consumers who have committed to speeds that Frontier has not delivered will be notified and can change or cancel plans without penalty."
The commercial features a number of people who claim they received slower speeds than they were promised, and ultimately receive a $200 gift card from frontier in compensation
Decoy tactics. They claim they'll give you 50,000 Frontier Elite miles for $500, but they don't mention that when they send you the card. Get a $100 Universal Travel Voucher for just $2,500. They say the annual fee is waived for the first year, but the annual fee is charged for the first week! Engaged with their customer service, no response. You may need to close the card and limit your losses. However, the FTC alleges that Frontier failed to provide many consumers with the top speeds they were promised, and that the actual speeds they got were often far lower than the speeds touted in the plans they purchased. Some customers have complained that it is difficult for them to participate in the typical online activities that would have been possible under the plan they purchased.
