How to complete Just Business in Stalker 2

The interesting side quest Just Business in Stalker 2 takes place in the Rostok area. Its main task is finding and killing a gang of bandits in the Red Forest. However, you'll also need to find a missing Freedom squad that Myklukha sent to hunt down the robbers. Once you complete the task, you'll get a great helmet as a reward.

Stalker 2's Just Business side mission: Location

In order to access the Just Business side quest, you need to go to the Rostok region and find its base camp. Select "Any special jobs for me?" when interacting with the basement Barkeep (merchant).

Then Barkeep will let you know that some leader named Myklukha has placed a bounty for the capture of a specific bandit group. His previously sent group is nowhere to be seen either. You agree to this quest and bind yourself to search for the whereabouts of the missing group and the bandits in Red Forest.

Get the hang of Stalker 2's Just Business side assignment

You'll want to head northwest until you come across the blue objective marker representing the missing Freedom group. It's in the Red Forest area. You will hear a voice begging for help as you approach the large warehouse. Head inside and you will find Carl Clinch laying sprawled out on the floor of a locker room. Use a first aid kit on him.

One of the missing members of the Freedom group is Carl. When you help him, you will be given a key to the tunnels. That way, it would be easy to deal with the bandits.

Take Carl's key and unlock the entrance leading to the second floor of the warehouse. Go downstairs and further down the underground tunnel. On your way, you will also have to watch out for the toxic gas. Beyond the rise, the road leading uphill, you will meet a bandit. Eliminate him using the muzzle-loaded gun.

Now, move further and head up the ladder. You are now visible to the gang of bandits who will open fire on you. Move to the area filled with a lot of red containers and dodge their attacks.

Someone colored one of the red canisters with yellow. In order to jump to the other side, you must jump onto it first and then break the blockages. This will make one of the mutants, named Pseudogiant, become a traitor and kill the bandits in that area.

To complete the optional objective of this quest, "Examine the Pseudogiant's corpse," you can obtain the Electronic Collar by killing the mutant later in the game. This equipment will also be required for the "In the Name of Science" side quest in Stalker 2.

Note that the Pseudogiant's attack is not always triggered just by climbing on top of the red container. So before leaving the tunnel, create a save file.

You will most likely still have to enter the warehouse and kill Boss, despite the fact that most of the bandits will be dead. He can often be found leaning on the railing of the catwalk on the upper floor. After you're done with the bandits, return to Rostok base camp and speak with Barkeep. Please inform him of the situation for your reward: the Sphere M20 Helmet. If you're looking for protection from radiation or physical damage, this is the helmet.
