Where to Find Stinging Nettle in Enshrouded

In Enshrouded you can find an annoyance plant called Stinging Nettle. These aren't actually super rare, they are very hard to find, considering the region in which they grow, and they're used in so many different crafting recipes.

For those following the Enshrouded Mage build, these herbs are a great temporary buff to Spirit. If you're looking to buy some of these plants, here's some places you might want to check.

Secrecy of the Stinging Nettle Site

Stinging nettles grow scattered throughout the whole of Revelwood. If you need some green bushes with broader leaves and a little wider circumference, your best choice is to look for them around the Revelwood Ancient Spire. If you're stuck trying to find the Stinging Nettle, just sprint through a clump of shrubs while hitting the Interact button repeatedly.

A better way to find any type of helpful plant or herb is to turn the Small Foliage option off in the Settings>Display menu. This will stop the game from displaying meaningless plants, which may improve frame rate and make things like stinging nettles more visible.

Trying a location north of the Revelwood

Ancient Spire is one possibility. Climb the tower and then glide down, toward the bottom of the plateau shown above. You'll know you're in the right general area when you start to encounter Spitting Plants. If you're interested in seeing what's in the Revelwood area of Enshrouded, you'll want to bring a shield or some strong projectiles.

You can also try Glenmwood's End. On the east side of town, at the edge which looks down into the Shroud zones, make sure you investigate the tops of the cliffs. Travel south, and take a look around you, until you reach the associated Abandoned Hunter Camp. Continue west from there to find a few more. If these aren't discovered, try the cliffs southwest of the Revelwood spire, above the Elixir Well.

Stinging nettles are common but not so easy to spot. You could spend minutes searching in these designated places but you still won't be able to find more than a couple of shrubs.

How to Grow Stinging Nettle Wrapped

The most effective way to farm Stinging Nettle is to grow your own. Once you've located wild Stinging Nettles, leave them be. After you unlock the Farmer in Enshrouded, you'll be able to use him to farm your own Stinging Nettles.

You can start to collect nettle seedlings once you have saved the farmer and then craft and place a seedbed. Then, go into the Farmer's crafting menu and brew some Farm Soil. Place as much as you think you'll need on the ground you just laid out. Next, take your Stinging Nettle seeds from the hotbar, select them, and drop them onto the Farm Soil you just laid down. With a little patience, you should be able to reap some Stinging Nettles in due time. Use these to craft more of their kind.

Getting water could be a bit of a hassle in Enshrouded, so it's nice not to have to tend to or water anything in this game. You only really need to give them time to germinate for your seeds to grow.
