Horizon: Zero Dawn – Power Cell #1: Underground Bunker
The first power cell can be found in the underground bunker that Aloy explores during her prologue, when she’s a child. At first, you wouldn’t have been able to break the glass to enter numerous rooms in the bunker. Now that Aloy has her launcher, you can go back to the bunker and find the first power cell.
You can do this basically when you've completed the game's prologue, once you take control of Aloy in The Embrace before heading into the Trial. Backtrack until you reach a locked door and head into the bunker. Stock up and work your way forward until you reach the part where you go up the stairs to the offices on the ground floor. Going up the stairs, at the top, you'll find a room to your right that's sealed with ice crystals. You can knock them down with your hammer to access the power cell in that room.
Power Cell #2 - All Mother in Horizon: Zero Dawn
The second power cell is found after Aloy falls off Mother Mountain, immediately after the Trial action and during the mission In the Heart of the Mountain; his team is there, and he leaves the room once you regain control of Aloy. Although you should warn Teersa, before asking her to continue further into the mountain, that there was a door in the room with a red “closed” symbol on it.
This power cell is to the left of said door, as it has a small tunnel that you can crawl through to get to the other side of the room. If you miss it during the Womb of the Mountain quest, don’t worry – you can come back later during The Heart of the Nora if you regret your decision.
Third Power Cell in Horizon: Zero Dawn – Maker’s End
Makers’ End is a major plot point in Horizon: Zero Dawn and a large ruin in the northeast corner of the map. This is where you finally start to figure out what happened to the Old World. Firstly, to get there, you’ll need to fight off some enemies and an abandoned Deathbringer, then start climbing the ruined building to the top.
Approach Ted Faro's office, near where the mission's finish line will be, go down to the level where you can see a large conference table, turn left and climb the small tower. This tower tops off with the power cell, don't fall off.
Horizon: Zero Dawn - Power Cell #4: The Tomb Treasure
At the end, you'll be able to get two important things: the location of the next power cell and the tomb treasure. Fortunately, you won't have to search too much to get it. After you're able to explore a bit, you'll have to manually override certain electronic locks in order to venture further into the mission.
You can find the power cell; once the mechanisms are set up, on the other side of the door, to the left of the small crossbeam. After you have to fight Shadow Carja in this building, it's hidden in a corner belonging to a resource box.

But after forcing it open with a fight, you've reached the top and started to descend down the coast of the ruin and find this small room that Sylens has built for himself.
Go see Sylens who is waiting for you. Finish your work on him before heading past the doors. But before you follow the quest marker into the ruins, stay on the path to the other end of this large chamber. You'll find the last Power Cell here.
