Your first roaming mausoleum is to the slight northwest of where you spawn. Be sure to clean its legs off from all the barnacles. They're more like clusters of skulls, really. If you attack those, you'll be accomplishing what you want. Once you have gathered enough of them, the Mausoleum will fall and allow you access to the grave inside of it.

Gate Town North (Liurnia of the Lakes)

To find the mausoleum with the bell on it, go north along the cliffside. Defeating this one involves jumping on top of its grassy body and pulling it down. Hold on tight until it nears the cliffs you can climb to jump aboard. Otherwise, if you are afraid of plummeting to your death, you can use the spirit spring to jump on top of it.

If you climb to the top, you can free it from its barnacles and then lower it to unlock the door. 

Mausoleum Compound (Liurnia of the Lakes)

To knock down the two mausoleums here, you'll need to hit the barnacles on their legs. Their agitation and subsequent jump-stomping make the process simple, though. Get return to safety as soon as you see them do that. 

Apostate Derelict (Consecrated Snowfield)

One more roaming mausoleum remains waiting south of this Site of Grace. The skull barnacles on its feet can be chopped off once more. This time, it'll make use of ranged attacks to fire you; prepare to avoid magic bolts supplementing its feet.

The sixth is right next to the gates of Castle Sol. To remove barnacles, slash at them. 

Deeproot Depths Home of the Nameless Eternal City

The last one is below the ground. Climbing atop this mobile mausoleum is a little different from the previous ones; you'll need to rely on the roots around it. Unlike its legs, the head of the barnacle will be above its body. Drop it by cleaning them out enough.

Memorials at the Elden Ring Walking Mausoleums can be duplicated once you reach there.
