To complete these trades, you only need to catch the following four Pokémon.

Gothita

Scrambling

Seedot

Swirl

If you choose the Shield Path for Pokémon Go's Legendary Heroes Timed Research, these Pokémon won't appear.

Instead, these appear for those who chose the Sword Path, which means you'll want to collaborate with those to find a trustworthy trade in to add these to your collection. You will have to catch these Pokémon in a trade between September 26 and October 1 before the Legendary Heroes event ends, even if you've previously caught them. Along with the Catch Collection, you get this Collection Challenge. The good news is these Pokémon can be received in whatever fashion by the player that traded them in. Whether these Pokémon were captured during an earlier event or far earlier than the Legendary Heroes event shouldn't matter.

Though players on the Sword Path must catch them for their collection, they are free to trade them away. While they can find these Pokémon more easily during the event Legendary Heroes, the trade doesn't have to initially come from a Pokémon Go player that chose the Sword Path.
