Continue reading to know How to finish Elusive Tumbleweeds quest in Zelda Echoes of Wisdom, because herein we will be letting you know how to do it.
In Zelda: Echoes of Wisdom, there are loads to do around Gerudo Town-from finding specific echoes to delivering products or helping a weirdly hyped Gerudo find a tumbleweed of all things.
West of Gerudo Town, during the quest Elusive Tumbleweeds, one will find a Gerudo on a mission to find a tumbleweed just to get closer and observe the plant. He whines about it, claiming that they always break easily and he can't investigate them at all. We're not sure how one dwelling in a desert can get so worked up over a dead plant blowing in the breeze, but we think we'd get bored too if we were desert dwellers. Easier said than done: bring Gerudo a tumbleweed from the desert for the sake of the Elusive Tumbleweeds task in Echoes of Wisdom.
If you try to pick tumbleweed in the desert, they always break. This won't work, but you can use any echo or try to get a Tumbleweed echo, because of the fact that, while out of the Still World, you must utilize an ability you rarely think about.
Instead, in order to use the Bind ability that locks the tumbleweed into place, you have to go up to it and click the X button. Yet still, you're tasked to find another tumbleweed because, even in said state, it breaks if it touches anything. So, by no means are you done.
The best course of action here is to approach from the north and then toss the bound when it's barely touched Zelda. In this case, by the time it happens, the player and the item will be adequately separated for the player to be crossing over the tumbleweed and back to Gerudo Town.
By far, the best way across the tumbleweed is west of Gerudo Town. You can easily squeeze yourself and the bonded Tumbleweed through the one staircase spiraling around to the quest-giving NPC to get to your objective.
Once you catch the tumbleweed in front of the excited Gerudo, a short cinematic plays out. You are given a reward of two Might Crystals, which you can use to level up back in the Suthorn Forest or increase your sword strength.
Once the quest is complete, head north of Gerudo Town and begin scaling the wall to activate one of the quests to find a Flying Tile in the region. These are above the cliff between the grasslands and the Gerudo Desert in a cave to the north.
