There are two ways to "beat" Risk of Rain 2: defeat the final boss or deliberately blow yourself up. The latter is, in fact, a tactical way to unlock new skills for some of the game's most overpowered characters. Here's how one can obliterate himself:

To delete yourself, first, complete a single loop of the Primordial Teleporter in Sky Meadows or Helminth Hatchery. Use spires around you to reset the teleporter alignment to create a loop. When the teleporter event is completed, you are sent back to a random Stage 1 map.

Advance through as many teleporters as it takes to progress through to third stage; you'll see a Celestial Portal pop up, complete that teleporter event to access A Moment, Fractured.

Head towards the large obelisk at the bottom of A Moment, Fractured. Interact with it. For characters like Void Fiend, this is easily accessible through their mobility skills. If you need help getting down, use the floating platforms.

Alternative Way of Obliteration

For players who have the Seekers of the Storm DLC turned on, annihilation can be achieved by defeating the False Son while carrying a Halcyon Seed and making an offering to the Shrine of Rebirth. This victory condition includes new content and allows one to start their next run with the Artifact of Rebirth, which opens access to the sacrificed item.

To begin the False Son, activate a Halcyon Shrine and step through the opened green portal. After teleporter events have been activated, all further maps will include green portals. Continue passing through those until you reach Prime Meridian, where the False Son is located.
