How to Become a Mafia Boss in BitLife
Unlike other traditional professions available within BitLife, becoming a member of a mafia does not require you to attend school or learn some specific skill. You just have to reach the age of 18 years. Here's how you become one and scale up in ranking:
Enter Crime as Your Special Talent: In character creation, select this talent.
Go ahead and Commit Crimes: You can do all sorts of crimes, which will earn you experience points and put you at better levels.
Join a Mafia Organization: For this, you have to be at least 18 years old. You see a mafia organization-just join it.
Start as Associate: Later on, begin a mafia life which starts from the lowest rank.
Climb the Ranks: Do more and more criminal activities and prove your loyalty to climb up the ranks of the organization.
Respect Authority: Never question whatever your Godfather or Godmother decides.
Achieve Leadership: With dedication, skill, and loyalty, become a Godfather or Godmother of the mafia family.

Enable Special Talent: Enable the "Special Talent" option upon creating your character.
Choose Crime: Choose "Crime" to specialize in the arts of crime.

Upon selecting "Crime" as your special talent, you will have the option of committing crimes once you join elementary school. Remember, in order to gain membership in the mafia family, you must have a criminal record. For this, follow the steps below:
Click Activities Tab: The "Activities" tab is located at the bottom left in the play screen of the character.
Click on Crime: Select the "Crime" option.
Commit Crimes: Do drugs and everything else to develop a criminal record.
Join Mafia Organization and Bring Honor to Them
When your character turns 18-year-old by either going through school or dropping out, he can join the mafia organization. To do that, Access the Occupations Tab: The "Occupations" tab is in the bottom left corner of the character's play screen.
Click on Special Careers: Click on "Special Careers".
Join Mafia: Select "Mafia"
