VIDEO Hormel Foods Char Siu Pork Loin TV commercial 2024 • Char Siu Pork Loin 0:02 hi I'm Charlie t with Charlie te's foods 0:05 and RC's barbecue today we're going to 0:07 be doing a pork tenderloin Char sue 0:10 style so this is a beautiful pork 0:12 tenderloin we're going to do a little 0:13 trimming on that all right so now we're 0:15 going to make the marinade cherry wine 0:17 molasses little hoison oyster sauce soy 0:20 sugar and Chinese F spice a little bit 0:23 of salt garlic and what makes it Charo 0:26 is this fermented red bean curd 0:30 be a/4 cup of this that's going to go in 0:33 that's all you're going to need for this 0:34 seal it give it a little massage and 0:37 again we're going to put this in 0:38 refrigeration for about 8 hours or 0:40 overnight with the rest of this I'm just 0:42 going to add some honey and then this 0:45 you can either put it on a burner inside 0:48 or you can take it right over over your 0:49 heat we want to bring this up to a 0:51 simmer till it it gets uh kind of thick 0:53 and glazy and all that goodness all 0:56 right so this is marinated overnight now 0:58 we're going to give it salt and we're 1:00 going to take it right to the grill 1:01 right over the Heat and what we're going 1:03 to do with this now we're going to start 1:05 glazing this about every 10 minutes and 1:08 we caramelize it we want that beautiful 1:11 charcoal crispy outside and tender 1:14 inside and once we once we like that 1:16 then we're going to move it off to the 1:17 cold part of the grill and let it finish 1:19 to 145° internal temperature all right 1:22 we pulled this off 145° internal 1:26 temperature let it rest for about 5 1:28 minutes oh look at that Rosy pink that's 1:30 what you're looking for we give it a 1:32 little extra glaze on there Sesame onion 1:36 and here we go pork tenin charu style 1:41 [Music]
