The large world of Storybook Vale is infested with beautiful creatures. Included in this are the dragons that were added in the Storybook Vale DLC game. Just like any other animal, they can be transformed by players into their animal companion by feeding them their favorite food.
But figuring out what dragons like to eat in Disney Dreamlight Valley can be a little tricky. Don't worry; this guide has all the details to help you out. Feed them the right snacks and you'll have the cutest companion in all of Storybook Vale.
Where to Find Baby Dragons in Disney Dreamlight Valley
First things first, those who wish to befriend a baby dragon will need to head to the Everafter biome. This location is in the world of Storybook Vale, so make sure you have the DLC before you venture out to find these cute dragons.
Types of Baby Dragons in Disney Dreamlight Valley
There are four types of baby dragons in the game. Each one lives in a different part of the Everafter biome, but they all share the same favorite food. Here's where DDV players can locate:
- Blue Baby Dragon: The Wild Woods
- Green Baby Dragon: The Fallen Fortress
- Purple Baby Dragon: The Beanstalk Marshes
- Red Baby Dragon: The Teapot Falls
Baby dragons tend to be very shy, so Dreamers will have to approach them carefully. When you get close, they curl up into a little ball to hide. Moving slowly, and stopping walking as soon as they hide is the trick. Stay still and give them a moment until they relax. When they feel safe and uncoil, Rescuers can go ahead and feed them.
What do baby dragons eat in Disney Dreamlight Valley?
Baby dragons are unique companions and like something a little unusual. These adorable creatures eat gems. Players can feed them any type of gem, but their favorites are Magma and Pure Ice. Both gems were introduced in the Storybook Vale expansion.
Where to Find Magma and Pure Ice in DDV
Players can find magma by mining rocks in the Mythopia region of Storybook Vale. Mythopia has four areas, including Mount Olympus, the Burning Plains, the Shadow of the Statue, and the Elysian Fields.
On the other hand, Pure Ice is found in the Everafter region. It also has four areas, including Teapot Falls, The Fallen Fortress, The Beanstalk Marshes, and The Wild Woods. And yes, players will have to feed the baby dragons three or four times to turn them into their companions.
