I will recommend you How to get the Alte Roite mount in Final Fantasy 14

Like many MMORPGs, Final Fantasy 14's raids offer players the chance to challenge high-level end-game bosses for a chance at an exclusive button found nowhere else in the game. While the game's normal raids reward players with entry-level gear for the raid's level, the supremely difficult Wild Raids up the stakes by revamping boss mechanics and granting players who can complete them the best gear available, as well as rare mounts.

While these rewards are normally reserved for high-ranking players who are willing to test their skills against the toughest challenges Final Fantasy 14 has on offer, new expansion releases simply keep increasing their power to allow those who originally missed out to return to fight old bosses and regain their button with relative ease. Among these mounts is Alte Roite, a winged serpent inspired by the boss of the same name from Final Fantasy 5. Learn how to easily claim this mount by following this guide.

How to Get the Alte Roite Mount

The Alte Roite Prism is a unique reward with a 100% drop chance in the level 70 Savage raid, Deltascape V4.0 (Savage). To unlock this raid, players will first need to unlock the Omega raid series by completing the level 70 main scenario quest "Stormblood." This will allow players to accept the "Hunt for Omega" quest from Wedge in Rhalgr's Reach (X:12.6, Y:12.4), which will start a quest chain that will take players through all four Deltascape raid bosses on Normal difficulty. After defeating all four bosses and completing “The Anomaly” quest, players will be able to interact with the Magitek terminal in Rhalgr’s Reach (X:13.5, Y:12.5) and select “Access Savage Initiative,” which will unlock the Savage difficulty version of all Deltascape boss fights.

Deltascape V4.0 (Savage) pits players against a digital version of Final Fantasy 5’s Exdeath, with much more difficult mechanics and special attacks compared to the bad guys in the main scenario quest or dungeons. Fortunately, thanks to the higher item levels provided by the most recent expansions, a player can defeat the boss without too much headache. To do so, open the Task Finder window and access the Task Finder Settings by clicking the gear icon found at the top left of the window. Enabling this box, “Unrestricted Party,” will prevent the game from syncing characters up to level 70 and allow players to fight Exdeath with his unrestricted power.

For those who wish to win the fight alone, it is recommended to play as a tank class; with the current max item level of 730, even some DPS classes can beat Exdeath on their own. Players who struggle with lower item levels can also employ the same Unrestricted Party strategy with other players to defeat the boss even faster and avoid seeing some of the boss’s later mechanics. Some attacks and mechanics that players may see during the fight include: Attack Name Tips Double Throw + Blizzard III Two sets of avoidable AoE that target each player’s location in quick succession. Stack them to reduce the amount of space the blizzards take up, then dodge.

Double Throw + Thunderclap III A hit from a double tank destroyer capable of proving lethal to players with lower item levels. Use defensive skills to reduce their damage or switch targets with Taunt Tanks to split the damage.

Double Throw + Fire III Two unavoidable AoE, first hitting all DPS players, followed by all non-DPS players. Move away from other players to avoid hitting each other.

White Hole All players below maximum health are petrified. Players below half health are instantly defeated. Make sure to heal yourself before the cast ends.

Decisive Battle Stand next to the last tentacle that sprouts. After being knocked down, follow the tentacles as they slide down and disappear, making sure to end up behind the head in the center of the arena.

Grand Cross Alpha Stand in the center of the arena to prevent Hysteria from forcing players out of the arena. The first Flood of Nothing will deal additional damage to the player closest to the boss and trigger the Unbalanced debuff, which will return all players to normal.a. Stay still fora purple prism, forcing players to stand in the middle of the arena that is opposite their White Wound or Black Wound debuff.

Grand Cross Delta Players with the Beyond Death debuff will save players from lethal damage, leaving them with one health, but will result in instant death if they do not take lethal damage before it expires. Players with this debuff must match their White Wound or Black Wound debuff with the boss's Flood of Naught in order to take lethal damage.

Many of Exdeath's attacks will become more complex as more players are added to the fight, as there will be more players for the boss to apply debuffs to and target with greater precision. Try to find a good balance between speed and complexity when creating a party.
