Begin by making your way to Jet Kordo's vault at The Lost Steppe. If you travel just southwest of Typhon's Rock, you'll notice a small structure. There is a stone south of the structure with a symbol carved into it. Click the stone and the Holotracker will take you through to the next step in the quest.

Follow the beeps of the Holotracker to a large rock formation. Enter at the ground level, go inside, and follow the Holotracker. There will be a hidden button on a rock that opens up a ladder to Jet Kordo's Vault. Head towards the eastern part of the underground to find this button.
In the vault, grab the Scoundrel Belt and get some ideas regarding the location of Jet Kordo's remaining hidden stash.
