VIDEO Ralph Lauren The Future Belongs to You TV commercial 2020 • For International Women's Day, we asked our employees to share how they’re building a better, brighter and more equitable future for all. To create a more equitable future for women, we partnered with Parity.Org– a non-profit organization focused on bringing gender parity to the highest levels of business. As part of this, we signed the Parity Pledge to increase representation of women in leadership positions and pave the way for women in achieving leadership roles.
