On November 20, 2015, I ordered a long sleeve shirt with logo on the website for your choice. I selected some of the options provided. I also ordered other items. I paid for my entire order and today 11/24/2015 I woke up to an email saying my personalized shirt order had been cancelled. I called the NFL and spoke to the supervisor. She told me it was because the manufacturer didn't stock some of the signs! True! ! ? ? The first question that comes to my mind is...what the hell are you guys doing with your Black Friday and Cyber Monday orders knowing we're around the corner! This was a horrible experience, NFL store is not meant to be professional or logical!

I recently ordered a custom Raider jersey. They're running a sale and it says "Enter promo code CATCH15" at the top of the site. Requires -30. Well, I entered that code and now the NFL Shop tells me I never entered that code. I inserted a completely different incorrect one. Instead of helping me with my problem, they told me I could get free shipping. So instead of getting a -30 discount, I get a -5.99 discount. I will never buy from them again. This is a scam and a lie!
