I immediately liked the shape of the device. I have large hands and it took a little getting used to, but once you get the hang of it, it's easy to navigate. If I had made this review sooner, it probably wouldn't have been as positive. I can't give it five stars because it still needs a nibble now and then, even though it's not pumping blood yet, but it works great. The small attachments also took some time to figure out, but they're great for trimming brows, something my old trimmer just couldn't do...Micro Touch bonus points. The little light on the trimmer is a nice feature, but it would be nice if you had the option to turn it off. I haven't read the instructions, maybe it does, but others have mentioned it, so I'm guessing not. But it sometimes makes it harder to see what's going on instead of something better - but really no big deal.
