The big sky kitchen food truck is a great place to eat out with friends
As for me, I still stop by every now and then for dinner. I love the menu at Big Sky Cafe, it's always being updated. There is a group of dedicated professionals working there and I like them more and more. I miss them when I'm not visiting. Viewers can meet the returning all-star team at FoodNetwork.com/FoodTrucks and learn where Tyler eats when he's not on set as he explores the local food scene in Food Truck Contest: The Extra Mile. Fans can also share who they think deserves the grand prize on social media using the hashtag #GreatFoodTruckRace.

A favorite menu item is the Red Lodge Ale's Czechmate cod fillet and chips, served with homemade tartar sauce and salted rosemary chips. “We use Montana wheat flour to make cod fillets, so we say we wrap it in a Montana blanket,” says Wendi Reed. The result of the team's combined experience is a dynamic and youthful approach to dining that contradicts the roadside setting. Reed describes Wild Flower Kitchen as "global cuisine with a Montana twist." The menu reflects Mexican (steak tacos), Italian (homemade gnocchi is a staple), Asian (shrimp tempura) and Indian (reed secret curry concoction). Even the Montana Burger, made with Gallatin Valley Wagyu beef, has a French twist on a brioche bun. Noodles, including those in Mac n' Cheese, are made fresh daily from Montana wheat flour.
