Evolve Bill's starting weapon, the "Long Gun," to achieve the character unlock for "Lance."

Evolve Lance's signature weapon, the "Short Gun," to unlock "Ariana."

Finally, evolve Ariana's starting weapon, the "Spread Shot," to unlock "Lucia."

2. Reaching Hectic Highway with Lucia:

Select "Lucia" as your playable character.

Successfully survive for a minimum of 15 minutes on the Neo Galuga stage.
