How to Find All toenails in Grounded

The first place to look for toenails is on the porch table near Wendell's SCAB location. Here, players will find a 'dirty ashtray' which contains four toenails that can be harvested using a tier 3 busting tool. Toenails in Grounded are treated as nodes, similar to other resources, until they are broken down with a Black Ox Hammer. This hammer can be crafted using three quartzite, one bombardier part, and one weevil nose. Once you have the hammer, simply equip it and hit the toenails to break them down into usable pieces.

Toenails can also be analyzed at any Field Station, which can be found scattered throughout the Upper Yard. These stations can be built by the player and act as a hub for crafting and analyzing resources. Once you have analyzed a toenail, you will learn more about its properties and how it can be used in the game. Additionally, players can also use the Resource Surveyor to locate more toenails in the area. If you are having trouble finding Field Stations, you can always craft one using four sprigs, four clovers, and one woven fiber. There is also one more Field Station that can be found in the central Upper Yard area, so be sure to keep an eye out for it.

Another location to find toenails is in a damp, jungle-like area south of a fallen tire. Here, players will come across a broken white pipe. Inside, there is a single toenail that can be crafted when combined with the other toenails found in the dirty ashtray on the porch table. This quest is quite challenging, but the reward of finding a new toenail is well worth the effort. It is important to note that the toenail found in the broken pipe is not always there, so players may need to check back periodically to see if it has respawned.

In addition to the above locations, players may also come across toenails while exploring the Upper Yard. These can be found in various places, such as on the ground or inside containers. It is always a good idea to keep an eye out for them while on your adventures.
