How to Complete Tensions on the Highroad in Dragon's Dogma 2

In the quest 'Tensions on the Highroad,' players are presented with a choice: side with Raghnall or Simon. While the choice may seem insignificant at first glance, it actually has a significant impact on the game's story and your relationship with these characters.
