The Storybook Vale expansion for Disney Dreamlight Valley brings several new fish, including the hippocampus. You can catch Hippocampus by fishing in the White Ripples in any section of the Mythopia biome.

The Elysian Fields, The Fiery Plains, The Statue's

The four regions that make up the Mythopia biome are Shadow, and Mount Olympus. First, you will have to spend 2,000 Story Magic to unlock the Elysian Fields. Once you are in the Mythopia biome, go to the White Ripples (bubbles) in any fishing spot.

First of all, you will need to finish the minigame of reeling in the catch if you want to fish for the Hippocampus. It may take some time to reel in a Hippocampus because the waters of Hippocampus house some common fish.
