Remove US or UK English keyboard from Windows 11 taskbar 

Here are the steps to remove a language from your Windows settings: 

• Press Win + I to go to Settings. 
• Go to Settings > Time & language > Language & region. 
• Find the US English or UK English language you want to remove and select More > Remove. If the unwanted language or keyboard isn’t already in the input chooser but isn’t in the language list, try this: 
• Go to Settings > Time & language > Language. 
• Click Add a language, add the US or UK English language or keyboard, and then click Next > Install. Once the language or keyboard has been installed, select More > Language options > Remove. Note: If you have UK English or US English set as your default language, you must first install another language and then make it the default language. Once you have done this, you can remove any unnecessary languages.

 Disable the taskbar input indicator 

If you want to completely hide the language input indicator (ENG, etc.) from the taskbar: 

• Go back to Settings > Time & language. 
• Click Typing, then scroll down and click Advanced keyboard settings. 
• Click the Language bar options to open the Text services and input languages ​​window.
•  Uncheck the option that says Show additional language bar icons on the taskbar. After these steps, the unwanted keyboard layout should be removed from your system and the taskbar language switcher should no longer display that layout.
