Use Outlook's Mailbox Cleanup feature to clean up your inbox. 


Delete all those emails that are not relevant for you. 


Set the 'Deleted Items' folder to be automatically emptied every time when you close Outlook. 


Move all your older emails into a folder.


Upload all files to OneDrive here. 


Enable the Offset Database Mode. 


Shrink the Outlook PST file. 


Increase the Outlook data file limit.

1-Run the Mailbox Cleanup tool to remove items from your Outlook mailbox. 


The Mailbox Cleanup feature is designed to free up space in your Outlook mailbox, and you can follow these steps to get it running:


Launch Outlook. On the Info tab, click on the Tools menu option. Click on the Mailbox Cleanup utility now. Now, clean up Outlook's storage space and clear everything that is not needed or which you do not want with the help of the Mailbox Cleanup utility; after that do the following action: Option A) Empty the Deleted Items folder.


Further, delete the Outlook's Deleted Items folder, if you want to release some more space. All those items that you have ever deleted, whether it is emails or conversations, will fall into this folder. To delete items permanently from the deleted items folder, click the Empty button present next to that option. You can simply click the "View Deleted Items Size" option to check how much space your deleted things took in reality.


b) Auto Archive your e-mail automatically 


If you have little or no free space in your main Outlook inbox, you can Auto-archive automatically deletes older emails. To do this, click the Mailbox Cleanup dialogue box then locate the button named as AutoArchive. 


c) Identify and delete large e-mails.


You may then search for the emails that are above the size limit provided and delete them if they are not of any importance. This is made easier by using the Mailbox Cleanup tool. This will make some space in your Outlook inbox. You can also find the emails that are older than a certain number of days and locate and delete them.


Just fill in the number of days you would like to find articles older than and click on the Find button. OR enter a size and then click on the Find button. Then it will search the objects. Select the stuff you do not need and delete them.


One quick tip, for instance, is using the date selection feature of Outlook to delete the emails that were sent before or after a particular date. 


Alternatively, you can manually clean bulky emails from Outlook without using the feature Mailbox Cleanup. To accomplish that, follow these actions: 


Click on the Home tab to open Outlook. 


Then click on "Search Folders" in the left menu. Click New Search Folder.


Now, under the Organizing Mail section, click on Large mail.


The Customize Search Folder menu opens next, from where one can select an option according to need.


Then, in the Show mail more than box, one can enter the size of the mail and then click OK.


It will show all the emails which are more than the size limit you mention. And if you think you don't want them, you may delete those.

2. Remove Invalid Emails 


Due to this, often Outlook inboxes get filled up with duplicate items. Identical emails can be removed from your Inbox by pursuing one of the following methods: 


Open Outlook and then click on the Home tab to get into your inbox. 


Click the "Delete" drop-down menu. 


Choose "Clean Up Folder." 


In the confirmation window, click the Clean Up Folder button to complete.


Now Outlook will remove any duplicate or useless communications.

Then find the "Save to OneDrive" button below your attachment and tap on it.


Now, you can delete your original email.


To move all of your email attachments to OneDrive, follow the steps outlined above.
