Go to Connections.

Then, all you simply have to do is type in the local IP address inside your browser's search box and press the Enter button. You will see a box that says "Hide SSID". It needs to be checked and then save the action.

3] Connect to the hidden network on Windows 11

Finally, we are going to connect to the hidden network. The first thing you want to do is obtain the network name, also known as the SSID, which is essentially what you are doing here. You can make a note of the network name in the settings of the hotspot. Once you have that, head to the bottom right corner of your screen and find the WiFi icon. Click on Hidden Network. Afterwards, type the name of the network into the "Enter the name (SSID) for the network" field. Finally, click on Next. You should now be able to create a secret network and connect to it.

How to hide SSID in Windows 11?

Now, to blacklist the SSID given from appearing into your WiFi network, open up Command Prompt as an administrator and run the following command: 

show networks using netsh wlan 

Note down the name of the WiFi and other details that you want to hide. Once you have noted them down, run the following command.

The parameters of infrastructure, network type, SSID, and access control list are to be utilized for the password-protected WLAN.

Always replace variables with the real name of the WiFi.

How do I set up a hidden WiFi hotspot?

You can create a hidden WiFi hotspot by going first to your phone's hotspot settings, choosing the Advanced option, and enabling the secret network.
