A highlighted option in green indicates it's turned on. Tap and hold on each option under the "Health Nudges" tab to turn off all options. Tap each of the options with a green mark to toggle off all settings.


Tap the back button to go back to the bezel focus, rotate once more to reach the "Workout Detection" menu and select with a touch. Back the focus to the bezel then select the Workout Detection menu item


Those settings that are on will have a little green mark. Tap each option to turn it off, then tap "Back". Tap on settings you see that are on until all the little green marks are gone. 


Open "Auto HR" by rotating the bezel three times and then tapping on it. To open the menu "Auto HR," rotate the bezel three times.


Tap the "Auto HR" button to turn it off.


Check and confirm that the issue of battery drain is fixed.

4. Update It


A number of bugs, which include those causing battery drainage, can be fixed by keeping your software updated. Issues such as inefficient power management are very often repaired in updates. Battery issues caused by out-of-date software may be fixed by checking for updates.


Open the Galaxy S app from your phone and connect your watch.
