Well, keep reading to discover the Best Reinforced Iron Plates Factory Layout in Satisfactory, for here is all you need.
Reinforced Iron Plate only requires two ingredients to make, making it the first thing you'll want to craft in Satisfactory. So, you'll want the Assembler to automate its creation for the first time, in contrast to the Iron Plates, Iron Rods, and Screws that you were producing for the old milestones with Constructor.
These hardened iron plates are needed by constructors and assemblers, among other machinery, but primarily they will be used to manufacture Mk.2 conveyor belts. It is recommended that their productions are automated immediately.
Here, I will be discussing a few layouts for the production of Reinforced Iron Plates in Satisfactory, ranging from a simple base recipe setting all the way to a more sophisticated mid-game design with extra recipes. The designs are based on the manifold system, so feel free to scale up or down to suit your needs.

With this setup, per full clock speed, an Assembler can make five Reinforced Iron Plates per minute. With the base recipe for Reinforced Iron Plate in your Satisfactory run, you are free to set this up since we made it such that you still can use Mk.1 Miners and Conveyor Belts to pull it off.
Model 1 One Miner
Double Smelter
No. 5 Builders
A Single Worker
Power Needed
43.2 MW (with the Miner included)
Factory data input
To do this, you will need 60 Iron Ores/minute. Thus, having one Miner Mk.1 on a clean node and two on two dirty nodes is just perfect to make one line of these.
Smelting process
The iron ore input line feeds two smelters. Manifold lines will be feeding Smelters and all subsequent machinery. This, compared to a load-balanced configuration, will be a scaling up breeze.

Constructor line
We have the Smelters produce a combined total of 60 Iron Ingots, which we feed into a variety of Constructors - two making Iron Plates and one making Iron Rods; the output of the Iron Rod Constructor we will pass into another Constructor to make screws.
Tip:
In this menu, you can set machines to not idle sometimes. You can underclock the machines here if you have researched "Overclock Production" in the MAM. In this case, for the Iron Plate and Screw Constructors, you use 75 percent clock speed.
You'll finally be creating Reinforced Iron Plate by taking the output of an Iron Plate and Screw and putting them together in an Assembler. If you've got that research unlocked in the MAM, you can attach a Dimensional Depot onto the back of a Storage Container via the Assembler's output as well.

This blueprint is designed for mass-manufacturing of Reinforced Iron Plate in the middle game. We will be using two different recipes: Iron Wire and Stitched Iron Plate to fully utilize a 120 Iron Ores per minute input line and produce 13.787 Reinforced Iron Plates per minute. For this to work, you will need the Mk.2 Conveyor Belt unlocked; that is part of the Logistics Mk. 2 milestone in Tier 2.
Equipment Needed
Model 1 One Miner
Just Four Smelters
A Team of Eight Builders
The Team of Three
Power Required
81.197 MW combined with Miner
Data input from the factory
It would take one hundred twenty iron ores per minute for the plant. This is realized when the Mk.1 Miner is placed on a Pure Iron node and at full clock speed. Without a Pure node, one can employ a normal node and then over-clock the Miner to two hundred percent.
Smelter line
Of the four smelters, each will process one of the inbound belts' 120 iron ores each minute. We can then combine them at a total of 120 Iron Ingots each minute and move them on to the next step of production.

Line of constructors
Off the manifold line coming off the 120 Iron Ingots at the end of the Smelter array, eight Constructors are to be placed feeding from it. Of these, five are to be producing Wires from the Iron Wire alt recipe at 91.915/min., and the other three producing Iron Plates by the use of the Iron Plate recipe at 45.957/min.
Tip:
The Iron Wire Constructors have to be fed with 18.383 for the output/minute each. That works up to 15,319 for the Iron Plate Builders.
Production process
Three Assemblers will take the combined Wire and Iron Plate lines and make 13.787 Reinforced Iron Plates every minute.
A Dimensional Depot box can be placed atop the combined output, and an Industrial Storage Container can be attached to it.
With more than 14 RIPs per minute and a buffer the size of an Industrial Storage, you shouldn't have problems getting any more RIPs for the rest of your Satisfactory game.
Conclusion This would be the end of our Best Reinforced Iron Plates Factory Layout in Satisfactory guide, and we hope it has been as helpful as possible.
