The Jetpack is a significant unlock in your Astroneer journey. You can unlock this highly valuable tool when you have reached Tier 6 - Jetpacks of the Space Elevator. You will want to start preparing early so that the moment this is available, you can take to the skies.


Here's what you'll need:


•  Jetpack: 50 Plastic, 50 Rubber, 15 Circuit Boards, 5 Motors.


•  Fuel: Packaged Fuel, Packaged Turbofuel, Solid Biofuel, or Packaged Liquid Biofuel.


A well-built and complete refinery or, in other words, an Oil production chain can guarantee a constant fuel supply. Of course, the Solid Biofuel will work, too, but for maximum effect, it's better to make some packaged fuels.


Since you will probably need only one Jetpack, you can make this item by hand in the equipment workbench. And if your friend needs one, too, well, just craft another one.

How to Obtain Packaged Fuel for Jetpacks in Satisfactory


To craft Packaged Fuel, you will need a Packager machine, 2x Fuel, and 2x Empty Canisters. Set the Packager, Fuel, and Empty Canisters up in an automated setup; the output of the Packaged Fuel should go into the storage container. Fuel that works well for the Jetpack, but keep in mind not to over-produce the fuel, since later on, you will unlock better kinds of fuel such as Turbofuel and Liquid Biofuel.
