Read on so you can learn How to Save Everyone in Until Dawn, here's everything you need.

Until Dawn was remade for PlayStation 5 and PC in 2024. The fates of many characters hang in the air, and just as in the first game, the player gets to choose how they die. The main characters of the game may die, but that is quite all right since the player can save them all by making key choices in various chapters.

The game is teeming with tranquil natural creatures that the protagonists will cross paths with along their path. In order to achieve the best possible outcome of the game, players must be out of harm's way for all these forest creatures. But the minds working at Supermassive Games had a lot more challenges up their sleeves.

Major Choices of Chapter 4

It is the first of many chapters to come, and Jess is the first friend who will be leaving due to one unwise decision. In the game, she got dragged across a snowy woodland by some terrible creature after snatching her from a door window. Her appearance in the final moments of the game depends on choices the player made in Chapter 4. On the route to Jess, there is a point when the player has two paths to choose from-one slightly riskier than the other. You might not make it to Jess on time if you take the paths that are slower and safer. Players will have to be prepared to act in a hurry toward the more hazardous options that accompany quick time events. A rundown of the options goes as follows:

Lower Your Body

Jump

Risk

If you move Jess too slow, bad things will happen to her. The player will find her lying down but she will fall right afterwards. She'll be back in a later chapter. As the chapter goes along, it will cut to Chris, who will hear Ashley pleading for his help. This time, as Chris, you have to choose between saving Josh or Ashley. Once the scene takes place in front of your eyes, choose the correct option to save Ashley. Josh, I know that right now there's no way, but we can. Whereas Chris and Ashley will also join afterwards with Matt and Emily.

Chapter 5 Choices

Before Chapter 5, there's an encounter with Dr. Hill after Chris gets rescued. Just play through the chapter as Mike until you're instructed to change to Matt. Emily immediately thinks of the Fire Tower and asks to use the radio in one swift-paced problem session. You will be asked if you agree or disagree. To turn back, select "Disagree" .

Important Choices in Chapter 6

As chapter six opens, Matt and Emily are wedged between a cliff and a herd of somewhat belligerent reindeer. Keep Cool Till Morning Has a Fit About Being Rude to Monsters Instead of Other Animals Go calmly past the reindeer and up the tower to the box containing the flare rifle.

Make sure Matt gets the gun by selecting the correct Give option. Later in the game, he will need it when the Wendigo chases him. After things start to look really bad for Emily once the tower falls, the player will switch over to Matt. The player will be able to select either an option to Save Emily or jump to safety. Decision: Select Save Emily.

The action will once again focus on Chris and Ashley. Advance through the chapter until you reach yet another death trap, this one with a gun loaded. You'll have two circles: one above Chris, one above Ashley. The moment you click the circle near Chris, the screen will flash red.

Key Choices Chapter 8

Chapter 7 does not have key choices, but Chapter 8 does, and you are going to have to make several key choices if you are to get everybody out alive. The player will also find out that Josh is alive and that indeed all of them have a chance at making it to dawn. Emily finds herself in an underground environment.

Of the requirements so far, this one has been the most action-based. The player needs to defeat the cannibalistic Wendigo by shooting all of the circles that attack to return Chris to the cabin in one piece. If they don't, Chris will die. Afterwards, once Chris is returned to the cabin, there is a scene where Emily wears one of these circles; you are not to shoot her.

Important Choices in Chapter 9

You will be playing as Mike for a period of time, until you get forced out of the group, in which case you have to decide what to do as Ashley. This is done with the correct Reassure option. Later on, Ashley will become abandoned and will begin to hear what sounds like Jess screaming for help—but this isn't Jess. If that occurs, you may get Ashley killed. You will have choices to "Rejoin Group" and "Investigate Voice". Ashley can survive either way, but if she investigates she puts her life at risk. There is a Totem in the Investigate Voice path that players should collect, just in case. However, if players want to make sure an survival happens they will want to join Rejoin Group.

Chapter 10 Important Choices

This final, and arguably most terrifying, chapter is riddled with opportunities to hide. Whenever these pop up, always choose the option to Hide. After the scene where Mike and Sam find Josh, the game will cut to Matt and Jess, who will also have to hide together. Not only do the players get these sneak peeks, but they can also save Josh on top of other characters that were doomed from the very beginning in Until Dawn. Mike and Sam are trying to dive into an underwater area. Towards the ledge, all you need to do is just keep pushing forward along the left wall until it tells you to. In order to see Hannah's journal, turn off to the left. If you keep pushing along this route after Mike mentions that the ground is coming up, the diary will be unreachable. Mike only mentions the ground coming up when the story is in action.

In the last game scene, Mike is in danger, and Sam may either save him or run away. For certain survival, select the option to save Mike. Then follow these tips, and you will be fine. But if you did not manage to find all the hints hidden in the game, Josh may die in a way you would never expect. Afterwards, the game's final scene will appear, where you will get a hint of a possible continuation.
