How to Unlock Higasa in Warframe
You can acquire the Higasa by purchasing its blueprints with Fate Pearls and completing the Saya's Visions quest. It is also available in the Market for 245 Platinum.
You can initiate the quest in the Koumei Shrine under Saya's Visions once you have spoken to Saya on Cetus, Earth. The option will not appear until the player completes the Once Awake and Saya's Vigil missions.
The defenders of the Infested zones must kill enemies that drop Offerings and take them to Koumei's Shrine in the Saya's Visions task. An offering of five will summon the boss Infested Oni.
Reward for defeating the boss will be completion of the quest and as a drop, you will get 14–18 Fate Pearls on normal and 20–24 on Steel Path difficulty. On top of that, it has a chance to drop a blueprint of the weapon or its parts. Using the resource at Koumei Shrine for blueprints, you are able to purchase the following:
