First Quest: Find the Potion Recipe Book

The Potion Recipe Book is on one of the crates located on the second tier of the barn in the Event Plot accessible via the tree beside it.

Try it out on Cauldron, Sabrina will say. The next quest which is to make a potion of zero weight will be available once you talk to her again so don't really have to finish it. Collect the balloon around Sabrina's shop and with that, create it in the Cauldron inside the spooky mansion.

After entering Event Plot, the stage of Tom and the Beat Builders will be on your right-hand side. Just head there. For a stew with a booming sound, take a guitar and throw it into the pot. 

After this, she'll say something about going back later for the following quest, but you can just bypass that and get it now. 

Find the Decyphering Book Quest 4

Upon entering Bloxburg City Hall, take a left and head to the library. Discover the Deciphering Book, a luminous book, and present it to Sabrina. 

Make Bright Potion—Quest 5 

You can buy a flashlight in the build mode. To brew the potion for the Event Plot, return to it.

Gather an item from a fisherman in Quest 6.

Look carefully and you'll spot a sheet of paper in front of the fisherman who stands by the neighbourhood ferris wheel. If you do happen to find it, in the Event Plot you're supposed to give it to Sabrina.

You get these glasses in the house once you hit the construction mode of the house, and pick them up. Pick up the glasses now and head back to the Event Plot to brew a potion which you can give to Sabrina.

Task 8: Brew Transparent Potion

You'll want to speak with Helen's ghost in the Haunted Mansion, which is to the left of Sabrina's store. She'll tell you that she wants you to fetch her a key to unlock the mansion. To do this, you must travel to the local graveyard near the ferris wheel, and dig up-with a shovel-the grave which has a witch's hat on it.

During the Event Plot, there is a golden key that will appear; with that, you have to go inside the Haunted Mansion again in order to unlock its door.

Once inside, head for the room at your right facing the door and just keep on walking around until you faint. In front of you, there is a maze you need to cross in order to reach some stairs.

Here is the solution for your reference:

Go up the stairs to the second level and you will see the bedroom. You have to go back to Helen with the golden necklace resting on a table that you will find there.

On the left side of the Haunted Mansion you will most likely find a ring of mushrooms; after you give her the necklace, go there.

Just approach the mushroom ring or fairy ring, interact with it, and complete the dialogue to activate it and finish the quest for your reward.
