Prerequisites to the Mystery Cargo quest in Palia

To activate the Mystery Cargo quest, you will need to complete the Piece of Cake quest from Reth, while simultaneously increasing your friendship level with Reth and Tish to three each.

Once that is achieved, head back to Reth and choose the "What's in that locked box?" dialogue option. That will activate the Mystery Cargo quest-you will instantly see a quest pop up on the right side of your screen.

Where to find Small Key for Mystery Cargo quest in Palia

Reth will tell you there's a hidden key that opens up the mysterious box. To get it, head behind the tavern along the river and start fishing. Cast your line into the water, and after a while, you'll be pulling in that Small Key. If it doesn't happen straight away, just keep trying.

Once you have the Small Key, go back to Reth and unlock the box. In it, you'll find several letters that belonged to Zeki's mother. Give these letters to Zeki to complete the quest and get your gold reward.
