  • Post-"Clam Before": After completing "The Calm Before," head to Vault 63.
  • Meet James Oberlin: The head of security will offer you the "Housekeeping for Hire" quest.

    • Addressing Resident Needs:


  • Residential Woes: Follow the marker to the Residential Area.
  • Listen to the Residents: Speak with Margaret, Laurence, and Julio to understand their problems.

    • Taking Charge:


  • Descent to the Atrium Lower Level: Locate the marker and descend to the lower level.
  • Eradicate the Rodent Threat: Enter the Depot on the right and eliminate all the pesky rats.
  • Generator Room Ruckus: Proceed through the Depot hallway to reach the Reactor Room.
  • Terminal Time: Interact with the Terminal inside the Reactor Room to unlock the door.
