Friendship Level 7 with EVE
Completion of the previous EVE quest: "Lasers & Crafts"

Walkthrough:


Talk to EVE:  Once you meet the requirements, speak with EVE to initiate the quest.

Follow EVE:  Follow EVE to her house and speak with her again.  She'll give you a scanner.

Gather Materials:

3x Ancient Gears: Use the Royal Repair duty with the Royal Hourglass to open mysterious rifts. These gears can be found inside.
3x Mechanical Parts: Craft these at any Crafting Station.
10x Copper: Mine copper rocks found throughout the valley.
Craft Scanner Accessory:  Once you have all the materials, head to a Crafting Station.  In the "Functional Items" tab, craft the "Scanner Accessory" using the recipe.

Inspect the Plant:  Go back to EVE's house and give her the Scanner Accessory.  Then, examine the strange plant on her table and talk to EVE again.

Cook Gourmet Grubs:

Ingredients:
1x Sea Snail: Fished from blue ripples in The Docks or The Overlook (Ancient Landing).
1x Sand Worm: Fished from gold ripples in The Plains, Wastes, or Borderlands (Glittering Dunes).
1x Scorpion: Fished from blue ripples in The Plains, Wastes, or Borderlands (Glittering Dunes).
Cook these ingredients at any Cooking Station to create "Gourmet Grubs."
Bring Food to EVE:  Deliver the plate of Gourmet Grubs to EVE to complete the quest and receive your reward!
