Walkthrough:
Talk to EVE: Once you meet the requirements, speak with EVE to initiate the quest.
Follow EVE: Follow EVE to her house and speak with her again. She'll give you a scanner.
Gather Materials:
3x Ancient Gears: Use the Royal Repair duty with the Royal Hourglass to open mysterious rifts. These gears can be found inside.
3x Mechanical Parts: Craft these at any Crafting Station.
10x Copper: Mine copper rocks found throughout the valley.
Craft Scanner Accessory: Once you have all the materials, head to a Crafting Station. In the "Functional Items" tab, craft the "Scanner Accessory" using the recipe.
