VIDEO Yelp Cocktail Tips with Dorcol Distilling | Saturdays with Small Businesses TV commercial 2020 • Learn how to make two cocktails with Co-founder Chris Mobley of Dorcol Distilling. 00:01 [Music] 00:05 well guys the first cocktail that we're 00:07 gonna do today is the Southside gonna 00:09 make it with the Kent's venue apricot 00:11 vacuum first off let's start with one 00:13 and a half ounces of kinsman apricot 00:15 Rock unit a half ounce of a simple syrup 00:20 basically just equal parts sugar and 00:21 water blend it together to make a nice 00:23 little syrup up first outside to be a 00:25 little more card so I'm gonna do 3/4 00:27 lime next we're gonna do some fresh mint 00:32 leaves I got four beautiful mint leaves 00:34 put those in there next we have throw 00:36 ice and shake it up we'll give it a good 00:41 shake for about 8 seconds or so can we 00:45 just roll it all into the tumbler net my 00:56 friend beautiful Southside for our next 01:01 cocktail we're gonna do a classic 01:02 Fitzgerald what have you sorry we're 01:06 gonna do one and a half ounces of the 01:08 kinsman and for this one we're gonna do 01:11 equal parts simple syrup and equal parts 01:14 lemon and we chose this cocktail to show 01:17 you guys for this is something you can 01:18 easily do at your house plus squeeze 01:21 some lemon in it real quick 01:24 [Music] 01:26 they're pretty much done again fill the 01:31 tin up all the way with your ex we're 01:37 gonna double strain this into our lovely 01:39 coupe basically like a boozy lemonade 01:43 we're going to top it off with some 01:45 Angostura bitters just to help balance 01:47 out the sweetness balance and there you 01:50 have it 01:51 go elastic fishtail cocktail 01:54 [Music]- advertisement spot 2020
