VIDEO West Elm Molly Bernard’s Brooklyn Apartment Gets A Makeover From the West Elm Design Crew TV commercial 2020 • Actress Molly Bernard needed help designing her new Brooklyn apartment, so she turned to the West Elm Design Crew to help her create a home she loved. 00:00 hello I'm Molly Bernard this is Henry 00:03 and myself Henry and Wes Tom have a 00:06 surprise for you I would describe my 00:10 personal style as firstly really fun 00:13 quirky and chic but I think that's open 00:18 to interpretation okay so I moved here 00:24 from a 400 square foot apartment and 00:26 this is double that size so I really did 00:29 have to fill the space and I was 00:31 terrified at the prospect of doing that 00:33 [Music] 00:39 [Music] 00:42 the like privilege to work with a 00:44 personal like home stylist as kind of 00:47 out of this world insane we were each 00:49 other's like yes man it was like a lot 00:52 of exclamation points and everything 00:56 that was our original goal was like what 00:59 do I have in my home that I already love 01:01 and how can we highlight that and 01:04 ultimately what we decided was stay 01:06 neutral and just have pieces that 01:08 compliment and like lift up the rest 01:09 that I already have in love this is a 01:12 very long room and I didn't really know 01:15 what to do with it 01:16 I was not anticipating a shelf and she 01:18 put that in this I had like a much 01:21 flatter kind of inset lamp and the fact 01:23 that this is like very 3d it's kind of 01:26 dramatic and I love it I've never had 01:28 professional help and the way that she 01:30 understood how to kind of animate this 01:32 room is so cool West Elm feels the 01:37 closest to my personal style they do 01:40 such a good job of neutrals mid-century 01:42 and super modern stuff and it all kind 01:45 of flows together I love this apartment 01:47 like a friend had no idea that was 01:50 possible 01:50 [Music]- advertisement spot 2020
