VIDEO Verizon Fios - What to expect on your installation day' TV commercial 2024 • The New York Metro Wireline Operations Department has created a video called "Fios Customer - What to expect on your installation day". This video provides the customer with some details related to what they should be expecting during a Fios technician visit. The New York Metro region has its challenges and this video provides the customer with answers to many of the questions asked during their installation process. Through a collaboration with the the New York Metro Fios field technicians and management team, we gathered issues that were encountered in the field to help develop this video. Our installers have run into many instances where the installation had to be pushed off because of no access to telcom rooms, rear yard poles in neighbors yards or basements. Customers are made aware of the possibility of drilling on the home, the equipment provided, possible locations of the equipment and the technician's process. This video gives the customer the opportunity to contact necessary locations needed to connect their service and make provisions before the technician arrives making the installation run as smoothly as possible. This video is based on the customer receiving a triple play installation but can be split up into segments (Voice, Data, Video) depending on what service is being provided.
