VIDEO Target 'Holidays: Santa's Side Gig' Song by Steppenwolf TV commercial 2024 • Target TV Spot, 'Holidays: Santa's Side Gig' Song by Steppenwolf As Christmas approaches in a warm and twinkling abode, a man clad in red walks the halls, passing pictures of reindeer, marking off the days of December and getting a list of names transferred to him through a teletype in fancy script. As he turns down the string lights and glows from the ornaments, he prepares to leave his house, but not on the sleigh in the garage. This Santa's a bit more... wild. In a bright red 4x4 decorated with a wreath on the grill, he blasts through the snow along wintry roads, while Steppenwolf's classic rock song "Born to be Wild" plays. As our rugged Santa finally parks and jumps out of his "sleigh" we see he's made his way to the local Target. He straightens his name tag (Kris K. Just to be a little discreet), and he's ready for his shift at the department store. Target invites you to get your holiday shopping done at one of its many stores.
