Prep Time: 15 minutes Cook Time: 10 minutes Total Time: 25 minutes (+ 10 minutes cooling time) Makes: 24 servings Ingredients: 3/4 cup + 1 tbsp all purpose flour, divided 1/4 cup cocoa powder, sifted 1/2 tsp baking powder 1/4 tsp baking soda Pinch salt 1 egg 1/3 cup granulated sugar 1/4 cup sour cream 3 tbsp canola oil 1/2 tsp vanilla extract 12 Snickers Fun Size, chopped and divided 1/2 cup icing sugar 4 tsp milk 3 or 4 drops orange food coloring Instructions: Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease 24 mini donut molds. In large bowl, whisk together 3/4 cup flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda and salt. In separate bowl, whisk together egg, sugar, sour cream, oil and vanilla; whisk into flour mixture until blended. Toss chopped Snickers in remaining flour; fold half into batter. Spoon batter into prepared donut molds. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until tester inserted in center of donut comes out clean. Transfer to rack; let cool in pan for 10 minutes. Reinforce donut holes with handle of wooden spoon if needed. Remove from pan and let cool completely on rack. Whisk together icing sugar, milk and food coloring until smooth. Dip tops of each donut into icing. Sprinkle with remaining Snickers. Let stand until icing is set. Tip: Alternatively, melt orange candy melts to glaze donuts.
