Prep Time: 20 minutes Cook Time: 5 minutes Total Time: 25 minutes Makes: 12 servings Ingredients: 6 Snickers® Minis 2 tbsp butter 2 cups mini marshmallows 1 tsp vanilla extract 3 cups rice cereal 6 oz dark chocolate chips, melted 1 small tube white icing Instructions: Chop all the Snickers ® Minis; set aside. Melt butter in large saucepan set over low heat; stir in marshmallows. Cook, stirring, for 3 to 5 minutes or until completely melted; stir in vanilla. Remove from heat. Immediately stir in cereal; fold in chopped Snickers® Minis. Scrape into bowl; let cool slightly. Scoop cereal into twelve 1/4-cup portions (reserve remaining mixture for another use). Using wet or lightly buttered hands, mold each portion into football shape. Let cool completely. Place melted chocolate in bowl. Using two forks, dip treats into melted chocolate, letting the excess drip back into bowl. Transfer to parchment paper–lined tray. Let stand until chocolate is set. Using icing, pipe laces on top of each football. Tip: • Substitute melted white chocolate for white icing if desired. • Dip cereal treats in milk or semi-sweet chocolate if preferred.
