00:07 it's sammy from the sephora squad and 00:09 i'm here in my home today 00:11 filming a nighttime skincare routine for 00:14 you all 00:14 now the products i'm going to be showing 00:16 you are my holy grail for discoloration 00:19 and combination skin 00:20 so keep on watching so the first step of 00:23 any skincare routine is always going to 00:25 be to cleanse 00:26 for cleanser i use the 00:30 keel since 1851 calendula deep clean 00:34 foaming face wash 00:38 now this one's great because it is a gel 00:40 base it's great if you're like me and 00:42 you have combo skin that tends to get a 00:44 little bit oily 00:45 but doesn't want anything that's going 00:47 to be too stripping 00:48 it breaks down a lot of the dirt and the 00:51 oil that is in your pores 00:52 especially if you are a makeup wearer 00:55 this is going to be great for cleaning 00:57 out any impurities so i use this one 00:59 morning and night 01:00 works perfect for both occasions and 01:02 yeah it just preps my skin for my 01:04 skincare routine 01:05 so after i cleanse i go straight into 01:07 toner 01:08 my toner is the ordinary glycolic 01:11 seven percent toning solution this is 01:14 going to be great if you have 01:16 any bit of texture large pores 01:20 any hyper pigmentation so this is going 01:22 to be 01:23 a chemical exfoliant so make sure you 01:26 only use it a couple times a week at 01:27 first until your skin can build up a 01:29 tolerance 01:30 what i do is it has this very convenient 01:33 little spout tip so you can just squeeze 01:35 it right out 01:36 i have this cotton round here just gonna 01:38 kind of squeeze some on there 01:41 and then i'm going to gently pat it into 01:44 my skin and just kind of sweep over 01:46 all the main areas of my face so i want 01:49 to make sure i avoid the eyes the skin 01:51 around my eyes is definitely too 01:53 sensitive for this product 01:54 so i'm just kind of swiping it it's okay 01:58 if there is a little bit of a tingling 01:59 sensation when you first start using it 02:01 your skin will get used to it so nothing 02:03 to worry about 02:05 and it also is normal if it causes the 02:07 slightest bit of redness 02:10 but your skin will definitely thank you 02:12 for this product 02:13 because not only is it effective it's 02:15 also inexpensive too 02:17 so after i tone my skin i am going to go 02:19 in with my serum 02:21 the serum i use is the inky list 02:23 niacinamide oil control serum 02:28 this serum is great because it's going 02:30 to reduce the appearance 02:32 of redness blemishes and 02:34 hyperpigmentation 02:35 i'm using this in my nighttime routine 02:37 but i actually also use it in my daytime 02:39 routine because it does help control the 02:41 oil on my skin 02:42 so it has a little tiny squeezy tube 02:46 i'm gonna pop some into palm of my hand 02:49 and then just kind of put it into the 02:52 center of my face 02:53 i don't necessarily put this one 02:55 everywhere i kind of focus it more on 02:56 the areas where i have 02:58 my redness or where i tend to get oily 03:01 it's super lightweight and another 03:04 inexpensive option which is great 03:07 perfect so at night time i do like to 03:09 layer my serums 03:10 so for my second serum i'm going to use 03:13 the ordinary 03:14 this is the hyaluronic acid two percent 03:16 plus b5 03:18 now this is great because it's going to 03:20 hydrate 03:21 and keep hydration in your skin and 03:23 since i am more on like the oily side 03:26 but i do get some dehydration 03:28 this is great because it is a water base 03:31 it comes with this convenient little 03:33 dropper right here 03:36 now the reason i like to use this 03:38 product as part of 03:39 my nighttime skincare routine is because 03:42 it does have a little bit more of like a 03:44 sticky 03:45 tackiness to it so it's better 03:48 for your skin overnight as opposed to 03:51 like under makeup or something 03:54 but i'm just going to put this on my 03:56 skin 03:57 it feels really nice and hydrating you 04:00 can feel it right when you put it on 04:02 and just kind of tie it in there 04:05 and it works perfectly with all the 04:07 products that i have on under it as well 04:11 so now i'm nice and hydrated so moving 04:13 on to my moisturizer 04:15 i'm using the laneige water sleeping 04:18 mask 04:20 now this one technically is a mask but 04:23 you can use this as an every night 04:25 moisturizer 04:26 it's gonna be great because it's just 04:28 very jelly based 04:30 so super hydrating but not too oily and 04:33 what's unique about this product is that 04:35 it actually 04:36 has a calming sleep scent to it to help 04:38 you sleep better and fall asleep faster 04:41 it has orange flower rose and sandalwood 04:44 so you can see it's like this 04:45 nice jelly material 04:48 i'm just going to use my little spatula 04:50 here because i don't want to put my 04:51 nails right into my product 04:53 i'm just going to scoop some out now you 04:56 can be generous with it because it is 04:57 technically a mask 04:59 put some on the back of my hand and just 05:03 using it like i would a moisturizer 05:08 and with this product don't be afraid to 05:11 pull it down into your neck as well 05:13 your neck needs hydration just like your 05:15 face does 05:18 and then sometimes if i even have any 05:19 left over i'll just kind of 05:22 rub it into my hands as well well yeah 05:25 it feels nice 05:26 gives your skin a really pretty glow and 05:29 you will 05:30 definitely wake up looking way more 05:32 hydrated 05:33 ah i'm ready for sleep now and my final 05:37 step 05:37 last but not least my laneige lip 05:40 sleeping mask 05:42 now i'm sure everybody is used to the 05:44 one that's in the pink bottle 05:46 but this is actually that apple lime 05:48 flavor so it's in this cute little green 05:51 summertime looking container just like i 05:54 would with any other lip balm 05:55 i'm gonna apply this onto my lips it 05:58 comes with this cute little spatula 06:00 so i'm just gonna scoop some out you 06:03 don't need too much 06:04 it's very hydrating just with the thin 06:05 layer and just gonna
