See how Ryan stays engaged with his audience while on the road in #MadeWithBlade: https://www.razer.com/campaigns/made-... 0:00 I think connecting the way I use my 0:01 Blade with music is pretty unique one of 0:03 the things that can be the most fun 0:05 streaming is playing live people get 0:07 most excited about when they're watching 0:09 me stream is the chance that I might 0:10 grab a guitar and play a song or two 0:12 it's a way for me to stay connected with 0:14 the fans and them also to feel like 0:16 they're sort of a part of the tour in a 0:17 way because everybody knows that I'm 0:19 streaming out from a dressing room you 0:21 know and I think that's a really cool 0:22 Vibe hi I'm Ryan key from yellow card 0:24 and this is made with 0:26 blade I started playing guitar when I 0:28 was 11 or 12 years old old 1991 1992 0:32 Smells Like Teen Spirit changed my life 0:33 I always had a band on the weekends with 0:35 my friends once we made the decision to 0:37 start taking it more seriously it just 0:39 accelerated so quickly I mean before we 0:41 knew it we had a song on the radio we 0:43 had a tour bus we graduated from garage 0:45 band to Big Time band pretty quickly 0:48 being a touring musician especially 0:50 through the 2000s 2010s you're not going 0:52 to have internet on the bus you're not 0:54 going to have solid Wi-Fi at a venue in 0:56 Germany you're not online gaming I think 0:58 the technology has evolved to point 1:00 where gaming on the road is really 1:01 possible now I'm currently on the road 1:03 carrying an entire streaming rig where 1:05 not only am I gaming I'm actually able 1:07 to stream out and keep that Community 1:09 active my main PC I'm running a razor 1:11 blade 18 with 480 in it I think my 1:13 favorite thing about the machine if I'm 1:15 not carrying the Raptor which allows me 1:17 obviously to have a fulls sizee monitor 1:19 to Game On A lot of the time I'm flying 1:21 around and carrying the blade in my 1:22 backpack and I can game from a hotel 1:24 room or wherever I am that 18in screen 1:26 is an absolute game changer with that 1:28 4080 I'm hardly dropping any frames the 1:30 machine is just so powerful we were able 1:32 to kind of pick up the pieces and put 1:34 the band back together last year after 1:35 about a 6 or seven year break which we 1:38 truly believed was a genuine break up of 1:40 the band we got this one huge 1:41 opportunity last year to play a show in 1:43 Chicago Illinois it just sort of opened 1:45 the floodgates to be honest it kind of 1:47 feels like the band is bigger than it's 1:48 ever been in our entire career I'm so 1:50 grateful to still be making music 1:52 together it being so unexpected and so 1:54 much bigger and more overwhelming than I 1:56 think it's ever been you know it's been 1:57 a wild ride
