After reaching out to many different places, they were unable to find the help their family and Snow needed. However, they soon discovered Sarah, a Petco dog trainer who helped Snow and her parents learn the hand signals she’d need to succeed. Soon after, Snow’s Petco Certified Stylist, Ashley, was also able to learn the correct hand signals to help Snow feel safe each time she was groomed. Petco is made up of people who care about animals and want to ensure each pet and pet parent is able to get the personalized service they need.
