VIDEO Nestle Peach Gelatin with La Lechera TV commercial 2024 • Peach Gelatin with La Lechera INGREDIENTS 1 can (14 ounces) NESTLÉ® LA LECHERA® Sweetened Condensed Milk 1 can (7.6 ounces) NESTLÉ® Media Crema 1 can (12 ounces) NESTLÉ® CARNATION® Evaporated Milk 4 envelopes of unflavored gelatin (0.25 ounces each), hydrated in ½ cup water and dissolved in a double boiler PEACH GELATIN 1 envelope peach-flavored gelatin (0.8 ounces) 1 ½ envelopes unflavored gelatin (0.25 ounces each), hydrated in ¼ cup water and dissolved in a double boiler 4 ¼ cups hot water 4 fresh strawberries, quartered MAKE IT 1.- For the tres leches gelatin, blend the NESTLÉ® LA LECHERA® Sweetened Condensed Milk, NESTLÉ® Media Crema, NESTLÉ® CARNATION® Evaporated Milk, and with the blender running, gradually add the 4 envelopes of dissolved unflavored gelatin. Pour into a greased ring mold and refrigerate until set. 2.- For the peach gelatin, dissolve the peach-flavored gelatin and 1 ½ envelopes of dissolved unflavored gelatin in the hot water until completely integrated. Let it cool without setting. 3.- Remove the tres leches gelatin from the refrigerator, loosen the edges of the mold, and pour the peach gelatin around the edges. Refrigerate until set. Unmold, and decorate with strawberries; enjoy.
