Line the bottom of a 8.5-inch pastry ring with aluminum foil and the sides with acetate, then place it on a baking sheet. Pour the cookie mixture into the ring and press down to form a base; refrigerate for 15 minutes. 2.- For the filling, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add the NESTLÉ® Media Crema and NESTLÉ® LA LECHERA® Sweetened Condensed Milk, mixing until fully combined. Gradually add half of the dissolved gelatin and mix well. Pour the mixture over the cookie base and refrigerate until fully set. 3.- Unmold the cheesecake, and garnish with strawberries, blackberries, and mint leaves; enjoy.
