INGREDIENTS 1 package (15.2 oz) vanilla cake mix 1 ¼ cups NESTLÉ® CARNATION® Evaporated Milk ½ cup vegetable oil 3 eggs 1 cup grated carrot 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg ½ teaspoon ground cloves FROSTING ¼ cup NESTLÉ® LA LECHERA® Sweetened Condensed Milk 1 lime, juiced 2 limes, zested 2 tablespoons powdered sugar 1 stick (4 oz) butter, at room temperature 1/3 cup walnuts, chopped Preheat oven to 350 °F MAKE IT 1.- Blend the cake flour with the NESTLÉ® CARNATION® Evaporated Milk, oil, eggs, carrot, nutmeg, and cloves. Pour the mixture into a greased and floured loaf pan. 2.- Bake at 350 °F for 30 to 35 minutes. Let it cool and unmold. 3.- Beat the NESTLÉ® LA LECHERA® Sweetened Condensed Milk with the lime juice and the zest, powdered sugar, and butter. Refrigerate for 30 minutes. Garnish with the frosting and walnuts; enjoy.
