VIDEO Nestle Banana Pound Cake TV commercial 2024 • Banana Pound Cake INGREDIENTS CAKE 1 ½ sticks (6 ounces) butter, at room temperature 1 can (13.4 ounces) NESTLÉ® LA LECHERA® Dulce de Leche 3 eggs 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour, sifted 1 ½ teaspoons baking powder 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon 2 ripe bananas, mashed ½ cup NESTLÉ® CARNATION® Evaporated Milk ¾ cup chopped walnuts FROSTING 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, at room temperature ¼ cup NESTLÉ® LA LECHERA® Sweetened Condensed Milk 1 ½ teaspoons ground cinnamon 1 banana, sliced ½ cup chopped walnuts Preheat the oven to 350 °F MAKE IT 1.- For the pound cake, beat the butter until creamy, add the LA LECHERA® Dulce de Leche, the eggs one at a time, the all-purpose flour, the baking powder, 1 teaspoon of cinnamon, the banana puree, ½ cup CARNATION® Evaporated Milk, and ¾ cup of walnuts. 2.- Pour the mixture into a greased and floured mold. Bake at 350 °F for 40 to 45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean; let it cool. 3.- For the frosting, beat the cheese until creamy, add NESTLÉ® LA LECHERA® Sweetened Condensed Milk, 1 ½ teaspoons of ground cinnamon, and continue beating until well combined; refrigerate for 15 minutes. Decorate the pound cake with the frosting, banana slices, and the remaining walnuts. Enjoy.
