We paid and when we got to the window the cashier was talking softly and I heard him say "man we're out of crispy chicken" we thought he was talking to one of his colleagues to replenish us Just bought something since handed the bag to my husband. When we got home we found out that he had given us the original recipe chicken which was stale, greasy, dry and we ended up throwing it away. First, he didn't address the customer properly to let us know he talked to us, second, he didn't offer any options or apologize, and third, the replacement you offered was substandard. So my husband gave the receipt to the manager on June 21st (my son's birthday) because I did a survey on the same day to let them know about the issue and the survey said you have a customer satisfaction guarantee and will replace if not satisfied , just to get the turn sign, we had to wait 3 weeks for the coupon in the mail. Here's the manager's chance to fix this, KFC still let us down... on my son's birthday! I am very dissatisfied with the service we received and would like the highest level to know about this. If this isn't fixed, I'll keep upgrading until I'm satisfied.
