Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking sheet.⁠ 2.) In a stand mixer with a paddle attachment, combine 2 sticks of softened Baking Sticks, ⅔ cup of sugar and a pinch of salt until fully combined.⁠ 3.) Mix in vanilla and egg yolks.⁠ 4.) Sift in 1 cup of flour, then slowly mix in the other cup until crumbly. Add in 2 tsp milk until it is a smooth consistency for piping.⁠ 5.) Add all of the dough mixture into a piping bag and pipe onto your pan in a swirl design. Bake for 10 minutes and cool completely before adding the chocolate topping. ⁠ 6.) In a microwave safe bowl, add the chocolate and heavy whipping cream. Microwave for 20 seconds at a time, stirring in between, until fully combined. ⁠ 7.) Dip cookies into the chocolate mixture, place back onto the baking sheet and top with sprinkles. Allow chocolate to cool before serving.⁠ .⁠
